WIDOWS IN PUBLIC SPACE: REPRESENTATION AND SOCIAL REALITY

The existence of widowed women is still surrounded by stigma, especially regarding their activities in public spaces. A bad impression that still lingers in many people's minds towards a widow is that when she leaves the house for work or other activities she is always perceived as looking for a new husband. On the other hand, if a widow stays at home most of the time and doesn't work, she is considered a weak woman. This paper examines the form of societal stigma regarding the existence of widows, the economic behavior of widows, and their vision of the future. The results of the research show that the five women with widow status in Lasusua, North Kolaka Regency as the unit of analysis, in reality each of them has creative economic behavior and a vision of life that believes that all problems must have a solution. In their status as single parents, they are able to survive and send their children to school in the hope of achieving a better life in the future.

EFFECT OF E-COMMERCE INNOVATION AND E-SERVICE QUALITY ON TOKOPEDIA CUSTOMER SATISFACTION AND LOYALTY IN SURABAYA

Recent developments have encouraged changes in people's shopping styles, from conventional to online. The online shopping style that society continues to adopt also influences the basis of people's decisions in determining which e-commerce to choose to fulfill people's online shopping activities. This research will analyze the influence of e-commerce innovation, e-service quality, customer satisfaction, and loyalty on Tokopedia customers in Surabaya. This research uses a quantitative approach with primary data in the form of a questionnaire, which is distributed and analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the help of SmartPLS 4.0 software. The results of this research found that e-commerce innovation has a positive impact on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. E-service quality has a positive impact on customer satisfaction but not a significant impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction has a positive impact on customer loyalty. Customer satisfaction mediates the development of e-commerce innovation and e-service quality on customer loyalty. A thorough understanding of the factors that influence customer satisfaction is essential in gaining customer loyalty for e-commerce companies in Indonesia. Companies must be able to adapt the innovations and the quality of electronic services provided to the factors that influence customer satisfaction.

Employee performance research is still popular in various organizations, including for-profit companies. Performance issues are also a concern in Supperdazzle; not all employees consistently meet sales targets, consumer complaints regarding service performance have not been fully handled, tasks are not completed on time, employees are not ready to work according to standard operational procedures. This study is intended to analyze the impact of perceived organizational support (POS) on task performance through psychological empowerment (PE). The research method used is a quantitative method. Researchers determined all 49 SupperDazzle employees as respondents through a questionnaire and analyzed using the classic assumption test and using multiple linear regression. This classic assumption test includes normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests. Mediation testing uses the Sobel test. The results showed a positive influence of POS and PE on task performance. The significant influence of POS on PE also has an impact on the mediating role of PE on the influence of POS on task performance. Organizations can strengthen antecedents to improve employee performance.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN ULAR TANGGA BERBASIS GAMIFIKASI PADA MATA PELAJARAN EKONOMI

This study aims to develop teaching materials for snakes and ladders games, determine the feasibility of snakes and ladders learning media and the effectiveness of gamification-based snakes and ladders learning media. The limited experiment was limited to class X SMA Hang Tuah 2 Sidoarjo by dividing into control and experimental classes. This research uses the ADDIE development method with an R&D approach model conducted on grade X students of Hang Tuah 2 Sidoarjo High School. The data acquisition technique is done through a validation questionnaire to determine the feasibility of teaching materials and to determine the effectiveness of snakes and ladders media by using student learning outcomes. The results of data analysis refer to the results of the pre-test and post-test which are used to determine the increase in student learning outcomes, namely the N-Gain Test. The results showed that snakes and ladders learning media were able to improve student learning outcomes with the average value of N-Gain in the experimental group classified as high criteria. There is a significant difference in the improvement of student learning outcomes between the control group and the experimental group. Therefore, snakes and ladders learning media in economic subjects are suitable for use as one of the learning media for students in class X SMA / MA

PENGARUH POTONGAN HARGA TERHADAP KEPUTUSAN KONSUMEN DI INDOMARET SIMPANG LIMA KOTA BENGKULU

This research aims to determine the effect of price discounts on consumer decisions at Indomaret Simpang Lima, Bengkulu City. The approach in this research is quantitative research. The population in this research is consumers who shop with a sample of 48 people. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique uses averages, simple linear regression analysis, and coefficient of determination using SPSS version 21. The results of this study show that the average price discount is in the strongly agree category that at Indomaret Simpang Lima, City. Bengkulu has many price discounts, the discounts given also vary from time to time and there are also price discounts at certain times and the average of consumer decisions is in the category of strongly agreeing to make purchasing decisions at Indomaret Simpang Lima. Bengkulu city because the price discounts given are in accordance with needs and are also useful and of course consumers will make repeat purchases and from the results of data analysis, it shows that there is a significant influence of price discounts on consumer decisions. The magnitude of the influence of the price discount variable on consumer decisions is 47.5%.

A company's performance is mostly influenced by its human resources' capacity to adapt, develop, and contribute fully to the business. The primary element to gaining a competitive advantage is to implement effective and innovative HR management techniques. Companies must assure employee work satisfaction because it has a direct impact on productivity, retention, and the organizational image. This study aims to analyse the effect of perceived organisational support, intrinsic motivation, and person-job fit on job satisfaction among employees of PT Mitra Tirta Buwana Tbk Yogyakarta. This research is quantitative and uses primary data obtained from filling out questionnaires taken with the census technique on respondents. Data collection using direct surveys was processed using multiple linear regression analysis, preceded by classical assumption tests utilising the SPSS software application. The results stated that perceived organisation support has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, intrinsic motivation has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction, and person-job fit has a significant positive effect on job satisfaction. The implication is that companies can increase antecedents to strengthen their employees' job satisfaction

Data collection involved interviews, document research, and observations. The research subjects are property managers, administrative heads and employees. The researchers analyzed the results of the interviews based on the respondents' understanding of what was expressed. The data that has been compiled must be understood as a whole so that the researcher can grasp the experiences, issues, and dynamics that are actually occurring within the population being studied. Research results show that marketing of palm products always meets FFB's sales goals. The company has cooperated with customers to sell palm products to PT. ASL - POM Agency is one of the largest buyers of palm fruit in West Kalimantan. From the quality perspective of FFB. Makmur Agro Lestari Ketungau Hilir district harvests and sells selectively, so the quality and selling price are stable according to FFB's market price when sold to purchasing companies.

The research results show that the Islamic Center Mosque in Mataram City is considered to have great potential in improving the economy of Mataram City. As well as the prospects that can be utilized by halal tourism in the city of Mataram which are very adequate in supporting the implementation of halal tourism, namely the Islamic Center Mosque in Mataram City is considered to be one of the most attractive destinations and plays an important role in improving the regional economy of Mataram City in various aspects. Its role not only to increase the income of people who live in Mataram but also those who live out in other Regency.

The attitude, spirit, and ability to create something new that is very valuable and useful for oneself and others is a form of entrepreneurship. The Role of entrepreneurship learning, higher education is intended to be able to form students who have an entrepreneurial mentality, in which there is a spirit of never giving up, good at seeing opportunities, brave to take risks, creative and innovative, apart from that, it can produce graduates who are ready to enter the world of work, and are even able to create jobs. This research aims to determine the growth of students' interest in entrepreneurship at the Al-Azhaar Lubuklinggau Islamic Institute students who have taken entrepreneurship courses using a sample of 56 students as respondents. The method used is quantitative in the form of a survey. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires online in the form of a Google Form with a Likert scale ranging from 1 to 4. Data were analyzed descriptively and quantitatively. The results of the study found that entrepreneurship learning plays a role in fostering student entrepreneurship interest. The research implications emphasize the importance of a holistic entrepreneurial learning approach and practical experience in increasing students' entrepreneurial interest. This highlights the active role that educational institutions can play in preparing students to become successful entrepreneurs and innovate.

PENGEMBANGAN MEDIA PEMBELAJARAN MONOPOLI PADA MATA PELAJARAN IPS DI SMP PANCA SETYA 1 SINTANG

Success in the learning process is very dependent on the availability of learning media that supports the achievement of learning objectives. Well-designed learning media has the potential to have a positive impact in developing students' potential. One of the effective tools in the learning process is the Monopoly game media. This research uses a Research and Development approach with the ADDIE model, which includes Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation. The research sample consisted of 28 students from class VIII C. Data analysis involved evaluation by media experts and product users, using percentage intervals to assess the suitability of the product. The results of the development research show that the Monopoly learning media is suitable for use, with a validation rate of media experts of 87.6%, material experts of 86.3%, and learning practitioners of 81.33%. Small group trials and field trials showed a high level of feasibility, with percentages of 94.9% and 81.33% for student learning completion. Based on the results of this assessment, it can be concluded that the Monopoly learning media is very suitable for use in learning social studies subjects.

The large number of beauty products in Indonesia can increase competition between the cosmetics industry. Therefore, companies compete to control market share and develop marketing strategies to increase consumer buying interest. The aim of the research is to determine and analyze the influence of Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image on the impulse purchase interest of consumers for Scarlett Whitening products in Bandarlampung. This type of research is quantitative with a descriptive analysis method. The sampling technique in the research used purposive sampling. The data collection method uses a questionnaire and variable measurement uses four Likert scales. The sample in this study was 120 respondents. The data analysis techniques used include validity and reliability tests. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing in the form of T Test, F Test and Coefficient of Determination Test. The research results show that simultaneously, the Celebrity Endorsement and Brand Image variables have a positive and significant effect on Purchase Interest in Scarlett Whitening in Bandarlampung. Partially, the Celebrity Endorsement variable has a significant influence on Purchase Interest and the Brand Image variable also has a significant influence on Purchase Interest.

PENGARUH LITERASI DIGITAL DAN MOTIVASI PRESTASI TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI PESERTA DIDIK DI SMA

The low learning outcomes of students during learning activities are due to a lack of digital literacy and achievement motivation among students. In the current learning process that has been replaced with a digital system, we can take advantage of developments in technology and information and the importance of internal factors for students to be motivated to achieve. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of digital literacy and achievement motivation on student learning outcomes in high school. The research approach is quantitative research with causal methods. The research sample was 88 students in class XI IIS of SMA Negeri 1 Nanga Taman. Data collection methods use questionnaires and test questions. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The research results show: 1) digital literacy has a significant effect on the economic learning outcomes of students in high school with a sig value of 0.018 < 0.05. 2) achievement motivation has a significant effect on students' economic learning outcomes in high school with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05. 3) digital literacy and achievement motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on students' economic learning outcomes in high school with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

Every business must ensure the sustainability of the company's survival, and one of the efforts that can be made is to strive to increase the company's value to sustain and grow. The value of a company can be determined through Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) and Profitability factors. This study aims to determine the influence of CSR and profitability on the value of the company. Study: Food and Beverage Companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the years 2018-2022. This research is a quantitative descriptive study. The population in this study is food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the years 2018-2022. The data used is secondary data obtained from the official BEI website. Data analysis was conducted using the panel data regression method with the assistance of Eviews 12 software. The results of the study show that CSR has a positive effect on the value of the company because companies are able to manage their social responsibilities effectively. Meanwhile, profitability also has a positive effect on the value of the company because companies can generate net profit from sales with well-managed operational costs, ultimately increasing the value of the company.

PENGARUH AGROWISATA BALE TANI TERHADAP PENINGKATAN PEREKONOMIAN MASYARAKAT

This research was motivated by the impact that the establishment of Bale Tani agrotourism had on the economic conditions of the surrounding community. This research aims to examine the increase in people's income as employees and traders in Bale Tani Agrotourism and examine the economic level of the community before and after the existence of Bale Tani Agrotourism in Banjaragung Village, Bareng District. This research uses quantitative methods. Data collection in this research used simple interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The population in this study was 54 employees and 13 traders who worked at Balai Tani Agrotourism. Researchers used saturated samples in selecting samples so that the sample size was 67 people. The data analysis techniques used in this research were descriptive tests, simple linear regression tests and partial t tests. The results obtained are that Bale Tani Agrotourism has a positive and significant effect on improving the community's economy. This means that the existence of Bale Tani Agrotourism in Banjaragung Village really helps improve the economy of the surrounding community

THE EFFECT OF WORK FROM HOME, WORK MOTIVATION AND JOB SATISFACTION ON EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

This research aims to determine the effect of Work from Home (WFH) and work motivation on employee performance mediated by job satisfaction, as well as determine the role of gender in moderating the relationship between WFH and employee performance. This research is quantitative research with a causality analysis approach. The research instrument used was a questionnaire prepared on a five-point Likert scale. The sample size in this study was 293 respondents, all of whom were employees of the Tanjung Priok Main Service Office of Type A Customs and Excise. Data were analyzed using the SEM-PLS method with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.29. The research results show that WFH has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction and employee performance. Work motivation has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, but had no significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction can partially mediate the relationship between WFH and employee performance, as well as fully mediate the relationship between work motivation and employee performance. Gender can strengthen the effect of Work from Home (WFH) on employee performance, especially for female employees.

DAMPAK GAYA KEPEMIMPINAN BERORIENTASI PRESTASI DAN IKLIM ORGANISASI TERHADAP KOMITMEN AFEKTIF DAAITV MELALUI KEPUASAN KERJA

This study aims to ascertain the impact of independent factors like achievement-oriented leadership style and organizational climate. Affective commitment is a dependent variable, whereas job satisfaction is an intervening variable. The primary source of data for this quantitative study was an instantaneous Likert scale questionnaire delivered to each research participant. Employees of PT. X Jakarta and Medan make up the research population. A sample of 136 participants was selected using non-probability sampling techniques in conjunction with the purposive sampling approach. This study makes use of multivariate data analysis methods with the statistical model SEM-PLS. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant effect of achievement-oriented leadership style on job satisfaction, affective commitment and affective commitment through job satisfaction. There is also a positive and significant effect of organizational climate on job satisfaction, affective commitment and affective commitment through job satisfaction. And there is a positive and significant effect of job satisfaction on affective commitment. These results provide managerial implications regarding how to increase employee affective commitment by paying attention to the achievement-oriented leadership style of the leaders and the organizational climate formed and increasing employee job satisfaction.

IMPLEMENTASI KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR PADA IPS TERPADU DI SMP PANCA SETYA 2 SINTANG

The education system in Indonesia has undergone several curriculum changes over time, one of which is the implementation of the â€œMerdeka Belajarâ€ curriculum as an evaluation of its predecessor, the 2013 curriculum. This curriculum was designed to adapt to the educational needs during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research aims to elucidate how the â€œMerdeka Belajarâ€ curriculum is implemented in the integrated social studies subject for eighth-grade students at SMP Panca Setya 2 Sintang. The research methodology employed is qualitative descriptive with data collection techniques including observation, interviews, and documentation. Primary data were obtained from interviews with the school principal, vice principal of the curriculum, social studies teachers, and eighth-grade students, while secondary data included reading materials and documents. Data analysis followed the interactive model proposed by Miles and Huberman, encompassing data collection, reduction, display, and verification. The research findings indicate that the implementation of the â€œMerdeka Belajarâ€ curriculum is progressing well, although teachers require assistance in its execution. Challenges encountered include difficulties in fostering creative learning processes, limited references, unequal access to learning, and time management issues. Recommendations to address these challenges include utilizing the â€œMerdeka Mengajarâ€ platform and enhancing digital access for all stakeholders involved in the learning process.

PENGARUH KONFLIK KERJA DAN STRES KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA PEKERJA GEN Z DI BANDAR LAMPUNG

Human resources are the most important asset of a company, in order to achieve the desired goals a company requires good management, especially human resources. Good human resource management is believed to be able to provide optimal performance for the company. This research aims to examine the influence of work conflict and work stress on the performance of Gen Z workers in Bandar Lampung. This type of research is quantitative research. The research was conducted on all Bandar Lampung employees with a total of 160 respondents. The data collection technique is using a questionnaire distributed to Gen Z workers with employee status in Bandar Lampung. Data processing and analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, partial tests (T), simultaneous tests (F), multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. The research results show that partially work conflict has no significant effect on employee performance and partially work stress has a significant effect on employee performance. Simultaneously, work conflict and work stress have a significant effect on employee performance.

PENGARUH KURIKULUM MERDEKA BELAJAR TERHADAP HASIL BELAJAR EKONOMI DI MAN 1 SINTANG

The Independent Learning Curriculum is a new innovation in improving the quality of learning, giving students the opportunity to choose learning according to their interests and needs. This research investigates the impact of the Independent Learning Curriculum on economic learning outcomes at Madrasah Aliyah Negeri 1 Sintang during the 2022/2023 academic year, by considering learning motivation as a moderating factor. Data from 280 students in grades XI A to XI H were collected through questionnaires and documentation, then analyzed using path analysis. The results of the analysis show that there is a positive and significant influence of the Independent Learning Curriculum on economic learning outcomes (correlation coefficient 0.160, t value 1.822, significance 0.035), as well as a positive and significant influence on learning motivation (correlation coefficient 0.382, t value 5.908, significance 0.000). Learning motivation was also proven to have a significant effect on economic learning outcomes (correlation coefficient 0.154, t value 2.242, significance 0.016). Furthermore, the implementation of the Independent Learning Curriculum indirectly influences economic learning outcomes through the mediation of learning motivation (correlation coefficient 0.152, t value 2.042, significance 0.022).

Data processing and analysis techniques use validity tests, reliability tests, partial tests (T), simultaneous tests (F), multiple linear regression analysis and coefficient of determination. This study aims to determine locus of control and entrepreneurship education in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, interest in entrepreneurship in the era of society 5.0 in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students, and the influence of locus of control and entrepreneurship education on interest in entrepreneurship among STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students.Â The method used in this research is quantitative and the form of this research is multiple regression.Â The population in this study were 790 students who had taken entrepreneurship education courses.Â The sample used was 100 students.Â The results showed that locus of control in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students showed a probability value of 0.000001 which was smaller than the significance level of 0.05 (5%), which means it was in the low category, while entrepreneurship education in STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students showed a probability valueÂ of 0.094144 is greater than the significance level of 0.05 (5%) which means it is in the high category.Â There is a significant influence of locus of control and entrepreneurship education on the interest in entrepreneurship of STKIP Persada Khatulistiwa Sintang students with r2 = 0.495454 or 49.5% and the significance level of the locus of control variable is 0.0000 <0.05 and the significance level of entrepreneurship education isÂ 0.0003 <0.05 with the condition that tcount > ttable, namely locus of control of 4.955023 > 1.98 and entrepreneurship education of 3.797132 > 1.98.Â Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that locus of control and entrepreneurship education have an effect on interest in entrepreneurship in the era of society 5.0 in STKIP Persada Khatulitiwa Sintang students.

PENGARUH BUDAYA ORGANISASI DAN LINGKUNGAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN KSPPS BMT BEN SEJAHTERA

The positive growth of KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera (BMT BEST) over the last ten years is closely related to employee performance. These performance results are closely influenced by organizational culture and work environment. In realizing the vision and mission of BMT BEST, research is needed to discuss the influence of organizational culture and work environment on employee performance at BMT BEST. The research involved a research sample of 82% of all employees. The organizational culture variable studied is the culture that is the value of KSPPS BMT Ben Sejahtera, known by the acronym SEJAHTERA, which differentiates it from other research. The research results show that there is a positive influence of PROSPEROUS organizational culture and the Work Environment has a partial positive influence on employee performance with a significance value of less than 0.05 (respectively sig. organizational culture = 0.008 and sig. work environment 0.003). Meanwhile, through the results of the f test, it was found that the SEJAHTERA Organizational Culture and Work Environment together had a positive influence on Employee Performance with a sig. 0,000. The conclusion of this study accepts all research hypotheses.

Companies prioritize CSR out of awareness of social and environmental impacts, as well as to meet societal expectations, reduce reputational risks, and strengthen relationships with stakeholders. However, decisions related to CSR can be influenced by public share ownership, because public shareholders have different preferences from institutional or majority shareholders. This research aims to determine the influence of GCG practices and public share ownership on CSR disclosure. The research method used is quantitative using a survey approach. Data collection was carried out through purposive sampling, from 82 mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021 and 2022, 76 companies were sampled. Multiple linear regression tests and simple linear regression tests are used as data analysis methods. Linear regression analysis shows that there is a positive and significant influence of audit committee size and ownership on all types of CSR, while the composition of public ownership has a significant negative influence. The composition of the independent board of commissioners and institutional ownership do not have a significant effect. These results indicate the need to consider GCG structure and share ownership in an effort to increase Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure.

Single parents face numerous challenges in ensuring their children stay in school, besides managing household responsibilities and ensuring their children feel accepted in their surroundings. They also need to provide financial support for their children's education. This research aims to explore the supportive and inhibiting factors for single parents in motivating their children's learning. The research methodology employed is a qualitative case study approach. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and documentation by the researcher, with data validity tested using data triangulation. The study was conducted in several locations, including Pontianak, Kubu Raya, Singkawang, and Sambas, involving 5 informants who are single parents of students in the Economics Education program at FKIP Untan. Data analysis consisted of three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that single parents motivate their children's learning by providing encouragement, love, attention, financial support, and important values. However, they also face obstacles such as financial issues and time constraints, underscoring the crucial role of single parents in motivating their college-going children.

The aim of this research is to determine and investigate how the global economic crisis in 2020 affected financial and economic growth after the Covid-19 crisis and the economic recovery that followed. Secondary data covering the period 2013 to 2023 was used in this research. Money supply, real interest rates, exchange rates, investment, inflation, and gross domestic product are the variables taken into account. This research examines the short-term and long-term impacts of monetary policy on financial and economic growth in five Asia Pacific Economic Cooperation (APEC) countries using the Structural Vector Autoregressive (SVAR) approach. Three variables investment, reallinteresttrates, and moneyxsupplyido not significantly influence1economicxor financial growth, according to the study's findings, while two variables inflation and exchange rates have a positive impact on economic and financial growth.
